When you book a property you have to pay a deposit to secure your booking. This is non refundable.

     If you cancel the booking later than 6 weeks before arrival, the entire rent is payable.

     If you cancel the booking due to illness, you must use the travel insurance.

     The rent must be paid to the bank  or cash to our office.

      Lessee acquires the property clean and in good condition. Are there any deficiencies with the property, one must tell the office immediately.

      Owner has insured property and the contents belonging to the property.

      We takes no responsibility for, and does not cover damages and expenses of any damage that occurs in or by the pool.

      If the pool or tennis court is damaged and  needs repair, we are not responsible for it.

      If air conditioner breaks, being regular repairs made by us, there are parts that need to be ordered, we may need to wait a few days. It is then inserted into fans.

      If the refrigerator breaks, it will berepaired or replaced the same day.

      Dishwasher and washing machine repaired by us, if there are parts missing it can also take a few days.


      The accommodation should be returned in good condition and any damage must be replaced.

       Departure is set to 10 o'cloc but if you have a late flight or want to stay longer, please arrange with the office.

       If we not have arrivale the same day this might be possible.
